about the studio
we believe every home has untapped potential. our process begins by understanding how a space functions: structurally, spatially, and experientially before shaping how it looks. whether reconfiguring an existing layout or designing a new residence, we bring architectural clarity and technical precision while carefully refining the aesthetic. the result is a home that feels intentional, personal, and truly yours.
rt design studio is led by mari Vasconcelos and davey cetina, a partnership built on the idea that balancing vision and precision reflect on our complementary perspectives, allowing us to bridge the gap between high-level architectural vision and the technical realities of construction.
our team
davey cetina
davey provides the structured, analytical backbone of the studio. after moving to the bay area to study civil engineering and architecture at UC berkeley, he developed a perspective informed by engineering logic, real estate insight, and systems thinking. davey focuses on technical clarity and feasibility, the "how" and "how much" of a project. his background ensures that every design vision is supported by practical, market-aware decision-making and a precise execution strategy.
mari vasconcelos
originally trained in brazil, where she completed her formal education in both architecture and interior design, her approach is grounded in material depth and the human experience. mari doesn’t just look at a floor plan, she looks at how a space feels and functions. her focus is on transforming environments into something refined and deeply personal, ensuring that your home’s aesthetic is as soulful as it is beautiful.
our mission is to take the stress out of high-stakes home remodels by bringing architecture, interior design, and project management together under one roof. we protect our clients' time and money using organized systems, delivering beautiful homes that perfectly support the way they live.
